Interview with Dr Lorenzo Chiari and Dr Helen Hawley-Hague of the FARSEEING project

FARSEEING aimed to focus on the issue of promoting healthy, independent living for older adults. More specifically, FARSEEING aimed to promote better prediction, identification and prevention of falls with a focus on ICT devices and the unique proactive opportunities they can provide to older adults to support them in their own environment. Key to this was the FARSEEING falls repository (real-world falls) and a broad range of FARSEEING technologies which include the use of smartphone, smarthome, wearable sensors and exergames.
