Thirty films nominated for the Cesars (from a total of 53) are funded by the European Union's MEDIA Programme. These movies account for 90 nominations out of a total of 119.

PHENICX - How technology brings us closer to classical music

PHENICX is a collaborative research project, co-funded by the European Commission. European funding for innovation to help stroke survivors

An international consortium called MAGIC has been awarded 3.6 million from the EU's Horizon 2020 programme to improve care for stroke patients. The launch was welcomed by Northern Irish Health Minister Simon Hamilton and President Luciano DAlfonso of the Italian Abruzzo Region.
